Welcome to Fall 2026 Primary Recruitment

Welcome! We are excited that you are considering joining our community!
The Panhellenic Primary Recruitment Process is a five-day experience at the beginning of the fall semester that provides potential new members (PNMs) like you an opportunity to get to know our four National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) chapters on campus. This includes Alpha Phi, Chi Omega, Delta Delta Delta, and Kappa Kappa Gamma. PNMs must attend all rounds of the recruitment process to remain in the joining process. It is also expected that PNMs attend the Orientation and House Tours on September 17th alongside the primary recruitment rounds; however, if you have a class conflict during orientation/house tours, please communicate with a recruitment counselor. Please see below for more information about each recruitment round.
For 2026, registration for recruitment closes Thursday, September 17th at 11:59 PM. There is a non-refundable $35 registration fee associated with registering for recruitment. This fee covers costs associated with the PNM experience during recruitment.
The Panhellenic Council (CPC) has two additional associate member chapters, also sometimes referred to as "professional sororities." Phi Sigma Rho (Science, Tech, Engineering, and Math [S.T.E.M.] Sorority) and Sigma Alpha (Agriculture Interest Sorority) conduct their recruitment periods in the weeks following the NPC Primary Recruitment process. While you can't be a member of both an NPC chapter and a professional chapter, we're certain you'll find the right place to belong, grow, and lead during your time in Laramie—and for a lifetime!
Schedule of Events
Day 1

A note from the
Panhellenic Recruitment Team
Dear Potential New members,
We are so excited and honored to be apart of the next chapter of your life!
I know recruitment can bring a mix of emotions, excitement, anticipation, and maybe even a few nerves. That's completely normal. Every woman you meet during recruitment once sat where you are now, wondering where she would find her place.
Remember to be the most authentic version of yourself and don’t forget to laugh, smile, and trust the process. Approach recruitment with an open heart and mind, embrace every moment, and fun!
We are so excited to meet you!
With love,

Barrett Georges
VP of Recruitment Operations

This experience is an opportunity to learn more about yourself, make meaningful connections, and discover a community where you feel valued and at home. We encourage you to approach every conversation with an open mind, be yourself, and enjoy the journey.
We cannot wait to meet you and help you find a place you can truly belong.
With Love,

Krysta Dennis
